Stress Management in the Workshop

The Local Government Unit of Balungao, Under the Leadership of Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta organized a ‘Stress Management in the Workplace’ Seminar with the guidance  and supervisions of the Region 1 Medical Center – Department of Mental Health headed by Dr. Marita S. Aganon.

Mun. Coun. Gerry Luna initiated the program with the objectives of allowing the participants to realize the importance of manageing stress in order to provide better service to the clienteles.
