The office of Department of Social Welfeare and Developmnent had recently rolled out the “Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program or AKAP” program, and through the Office of Congressman, Atty. Marlyn Primicias-Agabas, and the support of Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta, the Municipality of Balungao was able to receive slots for 595 worthy beneficiaries.
The AKAP Payout Program was graced by Vice Mayor Philipp Peralta assuring the people of continues support of the Local Government in alleviating poverty in the municipality.
Secretary Gatchalian said the AKAP is intended to provide a menu of assistance for goods and services that are affected by high inflation depending on the needs of the individuals.
