The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 1 organized a 2-Day Training for the formation of Municipal Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council (MFARMC) with their prime objective of creating an organization that would help the LGU in formulating and planning of policies and programs for fisheries and aquatic resources gearing towards sustainable development.
Attending the training were Vice Mayor Philipp Peralta, Municipal Councilor Roderick Soriano, members from BFAR Regional Field Office 1 and Provincial Office, fisher folks, and members of Municipal Agriculturist Office headed by Ma’am Regina Oliveros.
