Engr. Roberto Tapangco and Engr. Benjie Medina of DOH Region 1 had a quick meeting and consultation with Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta along with Engr. Cipriano Jacob-Municipal Engineer, regarding the “Phase 2” continuation of Super Health Center in Esmeralda, Balungao, Pangasinan.
After the meeting and consultation, they also visited the Super Health Center to check the progress of the construction. And assisting them were members from Rural Health Unit of Balungao, under the supervision of Ma’am Evangeline Bergonia-PHN, and with Ma’am Cecile Mae Doculan-Sanitation Inspector.
