Strengthening Institutional Capacities of Barangay Anti-Drugs Abuse Council (SICAP-BADAC) Training Cum Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan Program happened today, April 27, 2023 at Jose Peralta Sr. Hall.
Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta graced the event, that were joined by officers from PDEA Provincial Office, officers from PNP-Balungao,Pangasinan headed by PMaj Jimmy Paningbatan, MLGOO Analyn Cuyop, Municipal Heads and employees, Barangay Captains and Secretaries.
