The KMJS Team is on the hunt for native delicacies offered by different places in the Philippines for their Summer Food Special. According to the KMJS Team, it was Ma’am Jessica Soho’s request to feature the Balungao Patupat amongst other patupat makers telling that Balungao Patupat is rare since it is made from “Buri” unlike others that are made from Sugarcane.
Ma’am Jessica Soho visited Balungao, Pangasinan to personally see the process of making the patupat and tuba which are native delicacies of the town.
