Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta officiated the awarding of “Certificate of Accreditation and Cheque” to ARRIBA ESMERALDA SLPA of the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office 1 – Sustainable Livelihood Program.
Joining the ceremony were Sir Ronald G. Gabriel, Provincial Coordinator-Sustainable Livelihood Program of Pangasinan II, Ma’am Ruby Amor Asuncion, Project Development Officer of Enhance Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty, Sir John Ray Mondina of MSWD-Balungao, Pangasinan, and representatives from ARRIBA ESMERALDA SLPA.
