In line with the Valentine’s Day celebration, and February being the Heart’s Month, the Local Government of Balungao through the Municipal Civil Registrar Office and with our Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta, had wholeheartedly provided a Mass Wedding for the people of Balungao.
The program started by a prayer led by Pastor Joseph Evidor. 16 lovely couples had sworn to a marriage blessed by Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta. All of them had celebrated their wedding through the traditional wedding ceremonials such as exhange of vows, slicing of cake, wedding toast, and gift giving by the LGU.
The Kasalang Bayan was graced by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Philipp Peralta, and the different Department Heads of the different local government units.
