Mayor Riza awarded scholarship to deserving underprivileged students

As part of her continuous service to the public, Mayor Riza awarded scholarship to deserving underprivileged students who are financially challenged yet committed to have a brighter future ahead of them.
She was able to provide scholarship to another 22 aspirants, and committed herself to fully give assistance to them as long as they will continue to pursue progress.
