Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2012-119, re: REGISTRY SYSTEM FOR BASIC SECTORS IN AGRICULTURE (RSBA)

 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1

Series of 2012

                Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2012-119, re: REGISTRY SYSTEM FOR BASIC SECTORS IN AGRICULTURE (RSBA), I, MAYOR PHILIPP G. PERALTA, by virtue vested in me by the laws as the Local Chief Executive, this municipality, do hereby create RSBA Registration Team, to wit:

SECTION I:  COMPOSITION: The Registration Team shall compose of the following members:

                CHAIRMAN:       GLACE L. OSOTEO – MPDC

                MEMBERS  :        Noel Rulloda – MLGOO IV

                                                Angelita T. Valerio – MCR

                                                Danilo U. Imus – MAO

                                                Reynaldo C. Noble – MARO

                                                Teresita Jocutan – Salatan – District Statistics Officer

SECTION II: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Supervise the registration activity in all barangays within the municipality.

2.       Take charge in the retrieval of the GPS equipment used by the barangay and return the GPS to the NSO Provincial Office, and,

3.       Consolidate the accomplished RSBA form of the municipal government and submit the same to the NSO Provincial.
