AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CREATING LOCAL ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALUNGAO, PANGASINAN

            Pursuant to EO No. 71, I, MAYOR PHILIPP G. PERALTA, by virtue vested in me by the laws as the Local Chief Executive, this municipality, do hereby create a LOCAL ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS (LZBAA), to wit:

SECTION 1: COMPOSITION: The Local Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals shall compose of the following members:

            CHAIRMAN:     Hon. Philipp G. Peralta

            MEMBERS  :    Hon. Artemio M. Villapa, Jr.

                                    Engr. Cipriano G. Jacob, Jr.

                                    Mr. Bobby N. Barrera

                                    Engr. Glace L. Osoteo

                                    Mr. Cenon M. Luna

 

SECTION II: FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Act on applications of the ff. Nature

a.      Variances

b.      Exceptions

c.       Non-conforming uses

d.      Complaints and opposition to applications

2.      Act on appeals on grant or denial of locational clearance by the Zoning Administrator/Zoning Officer

Decision of the Local Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals shall be appealable to the HLURB.
