We regret to inform the public that there are SENIOR CITIZENS who are Covid19 confirmed positive and many others who are under observation and investigation. Despite the LGU’s effort to remind the public that Senior Citizens are not allowed to be visited by persons from outside their household nor allowed to go out and be exposed in public due to age, vulnerability and comorbidity, these guidelines are grossly ignored. The Seniors who are affected are as follows:
78 y/o, Female from San Aurelio 1st, (Asymptomatic)
81 y/o, Female from San Aurelio 1st (with Severe Symptoms)
We strongly recommend that the Barangays strictly implement, most especially, the provisions of the guidelines re. Quarantine Rules.
We also request our beloved elders to STAY AT HOME and to wear a mask around family members at all times. We also advise family members who are living with, or assisting seniors to wear mask and face shield while performing their tasks or while around their elders.
