RESOLUTION NO. 002-2021

This is to inform the public that there are four (4) persons in the Frontline service who are confirmed positive of Covid-19 and one (1) person who is a close contact. They are as follows:

• 34-year old female from Barangay Poblacion

• 40-year old male assigned in Balungao and a local of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan

• 45-year old male from Barangay San Leon assigned in Calasiao, Pangasinan

• 23-year old male from Isabela assigned in Balungao and resides in Barangay Pugaro

• 37-year old male, a local of Bautista, Pangasinan and temporarily residing in Barangay Pugaro

All positive confirmed patients are isolated and monitored by the Municipal Health Office and the respective BHERTs. All persons in the frontline service have undergone pre-emptive quarantine prior to RT-PCR test while the DILG contact tracers continuously investigates to identify other possible close contacts of the confirmed positive patients.

We advise the public to refrain from discriminating or spreading false news regarding the patients and their families, otherwise, the offender(s) shall face the full extent of the law imposed by the National and Local Inter-Agency Task Force.

We also advise that in order to prevent the further spread of Covid-19, the public shall practice the minimum health standards and to stay home.
