OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The Local Government Unit of Balungao, Pangasinan through the Local Inter-Agency Task Force would like to inform the public that Transparency, Accountability and Social Responsibility are our main points of service to the people. Therefore, we have allowed our residents to undergo rapid tests in their respective workplaces in order to keep a safe and healthy work environment in this time of Public Health Emergency.
We would like to express our gratitude to our partner malls and establishments for the employment of persons from this Municipality, in order to alleviate poverty in this town. After two months, we are grateful for the recalling of employees from this town after the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
In this time of COVID-19, we especially and highly commend all establishments and companies outside Balungao, for their responsible conduct of Rapid Tests and for applying the necessary measures in the prevention in the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and in their respective residences.
In this time of austerity and lack of resources, this LGU is truly grateful to those who render us direct or indirect assistance in the detection of possible virus infection. Without your help, this LGU, which has no full capacity, may have been working blindly and irresponsibly in the management and prevention of the spread of COVID19.
