The Local Government Unit of Balungao through the Local Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID-19, would like to inform the public that the Municipality of Balungao has a fifth (5th) CoViD-19 SUSPECT CASE (PUI) from Purok 6, Barangay Mauban, Balungao, Pangasinan, as shown in the COVID-19 Monitoring of the Provincial Health Office in the Province of Pangasinan official page.
SARS-CoV 2 Testing by RT-Polymerase Chain Reaction or Swab Test as performed on May 25, 2020 and the result was received today, May 30, 2020 by the Municipal Health Office, whereas the result came in as NEGATIVE.
The patient is still confined but recovering quickly under the care of Doctors and Nurses at the EPDH. He will be coming home soon after his recovery process. Therefore, the Municipality of Balungao still remains COVID19-Free.
